Congratulations to the Microsoft Windows 7 Team because they officially announced the have reached RTM’d the final build was 7600.

Do you love you wallpaper collection but is so big that you always end up using the same ones (like ne) and you would like to see your collection show on your desktop. Well with this little tool you can shuffle your wallpaper collection all the time and enjoy it all.

What is Desktop Drape? Desktop drapes is a wallpaper manager application for the gnome desktop. It can randomly changing your wallpaper every once in a while, or whenever you fell like it. It can also automatically pickup any wallpapers you added to a directory with the ninja magic of notify.

Is very easy to install it just go to Synaptic Package Manager, go to System>Administration>Synaptic Package Manager and type “Desktop Drapes install and you are done.

Or if you prefer use the terminal just type “sudo apt-get install drapes”

Now in order for you to open this app you will have to go to System>Preferences>Desktop Drapes once you open it is going to sit on top right of your screen like a little applet right click it and set it up. When you double click it, it will change the wallpaper automatically kind of cool I guess. Cheersssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!

How many people now that Gnome is an amazing desktop environment and its really easy to give our Ubuntu system a great look all the times, unlike Windows which is stock in the same crap all the time anyways I found this great looking theme so you can show it off on the web. The name is Balanza its a really nice light brown.

Here is the how to install this theme

1.- Open the source list

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

2. – Add the next line to the source list

Saved it and exit it out

3. - Last but not least open the terminal and type the following:

Here is how to install it, (if you have Elisa Media Center or any other Media Center make sure to uninstalled it because it is not compatible with them)

1. – First of all we must edit the source list simply open the terminal and type

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

2. – After the list is open go all the way to the bottom and type this two lines

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/moovida-packagers/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/moovida-packagers/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

Saved  and exit out.

3. – Open terminal again (if you did not close it it should be open) and type the keys of the new repository and then we update it

gpg –keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com –recv 26C2E075 && \
gpg –export –armor 26C2E075 | sudo apt-key add – && \
sudo aptitude update

after you did this it should look like this

before you exit the terminal make sure to update the source list sudo apt-get update

4. – Now all that we have to do is type the lines to install Moovida just type this on the terminal

sudo aptitude install moovida

and you are all done my friends, you can find Moovida in Applications > Sound & Video > Moovida Media Center.
